We want you to know that we’re not just accountable to the children we serve but to our donors as well

More than 80% of your gift goes directly towards benefitting children, providing nutritional support, health screenings, educational activities, spiritual development, and facilitating the relationship between the sponsor and child. We make every attempt to honor specified gift designations. However, in the event that a project is fully funded or cannot be completed, funds may be allocated to similar projects. Our board of directors, who maintain legal control of the organization’s assets, have approved a policy that governs the redirection of all funds.

OneChild is governed by a board of directors that maintains legal control of the organization’s assets, making certain that contribution designations are honored and that the work of the organization remains consistent with its stated philosophy, purpose, and mission.

OneChild is also a member in good standing with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA). You can learn more about the ECFA’s standards by visiting their website.

We are accountable to the children we serve AND to our donors.

Our accountability to our donors is one of our highest priorities. Our goal is to use the funds entrusted to us as wise stewards. To do this requires continued monitoring of our fund distribution.
