OneChild.org serves to share our mission, facilitate sponsorship and giving, distribute resources, and build a global community of Child Champions who advocate for children in hard places.

3. Eligibility
This site is intended for individuals 13 years of age or older. Use of this website by anyone under 13 is unauthorized. OneChild does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If personal information of a user aged 13 or under is unknowingly collected, OneChild will remove such information upon discovery.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Engage in unlawful activities using the site;
- Interfere with or disrupt site functionality;

7. Sponsorships, Donations & Refund Policy
OneChild Global is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Donations and sponsorship payments are generally non-refundable and are charitable contributions which may be pooled or redirected consistent with charitable purposes. Donations and sponsorships are not contractual guarantees, and no donor acquires rights in a specific child, project, or country.

By proceeding with a donation or sponsorship, you acknowledge and accept the terms stated in the Refund Policy. You can update your payment methods by going to the My Account page. We may also update your payment methods using information provided by the payment service providers. Following any update, you authorize us to continue to charge the applicable payment method(s).
8. Child Protection and Media Use
We maintain a Christ-centered, child-first approach and uphold strict standards for child protection. All child-related media is used with appropriate permissions.
