During this nine-session intercultural leadership course, you will learn about the traits that make a leader successful when engaging with leaders from other countries for a shared vision. Discussions with our global partners break down the elements of successful intercultural development in order to bring about good, have a positive impact, and make the world a better place for kids living in poverty.

1 | A Leader's Passion

During this intercultural leadership course, you will learn about the traits that make a leader successful when engaging with leaders from other countries.

2 | Vision

In this session, you will learn how essential vision is to driving positive change in a community.

3 | The Participation Mindset

In this lesson, you will learn how to enter into a multicultural community and engage the people and listen to them.

4 | Partnership

In this session, you will learn how to work successfully with and be a good partner to community leaders in hard places.

5 | Engaging the Next Generation

In this session,you will learn the importance of engaging with youths in ways that demonstrate empathy and listening.

6 | Diginity & Justice

This session focuses on the root causes of injustice, how justice is advanced in various cultures, and the best ways to mitigate injustices in a cross-cultural relationship.

7 | Listening Well

In this session you will understand why listening with undivided attention and intentionality is key to a successful intercultural relationship that can lead to positive changes.

8 | The Five Signs of the Generational Church

In this session, you will learn about the five signs a church needs to take it into the next century

9 | Conclusion

In this final session, we’re going to review all of the previous sessions to send you off on the journey of intercultural leadership that you have ahead of you.
