Our passion to make a difference begins here in our city and extends to several regions throughout the world. That’s why our family and the Relevant Church leadership team are excited about our partnership with OneChild.
OneChild is a ministry that works to bring hope, truth, life, love and mercy to almost 40,000 children living in poverty all over the world. OneChild works with indigenous churches to help equip these children to meet their God-given potential by providing opportunities for transformational development – spiritually, physically, mentally and relationally.
OneChild shares our heart to facilitate relationships that strategically help those who, at times, cannot help themselves. We know this is something God has called each of us to! The next phase of our partnership with OneChild is to sponsor a child. By choosing to sponsor, you will make a lasting impact on a child and their family by providing nutritional support, medical aid, educational assistance, and most importantly, an opportunity for these children to experience God’s love for them.
We’re asking each of you to prayerfully consider joining our family in sponsoring a child through OneChild. As we have experienced, together we can make a difference to help these children have a personal relationship with God, find freedom in life-giving relationships, and discover their purpose so that they can make a difference in their communities and beyond.

Our vision for the church is global: The body of Christ growing, strong, united. If the church is strong in a poverty-stricken community, we know that we can effectively help the children living there. A strong local church partner is one of our prerequisites for ministry. And that ministry isn’t possible without the support of the church in the U.S.

OneChild sponsors provide encouragement, love and support to children living in poverty. And they empower an entire community of caring individuals who walk alongside those children as they grow. Through that community, sponsorship provides the resources and opportunities children need to rise above their circumstances and reach their potential in Christ. In fact, recent research demonstrates that child sponsorship is one of the most effective ways to combat global poverty. OneChild sponsors empower the loving community that surrounds each child in our care. You can provide education, medical care, spiritual support, and hope to a child in desperate need.
We are accountable to the children we serve AND to our donors.
Our accountability to our donors is one of our highest priorities. Our goal is to use the funds entrusted to us as wise stewards. To do this requires continued monitoring of our fund distribution. OneChild is also a member in good standing with the Evangelical Council for Financial Accountability (ECFA)
