TRIP HIGHLIGHTS
- Visit your sponsored child and walk with him or her through the community where he or she lives.
- Meet the Child Champions who have chosen to go to the hard places for the sake of the children living in poverty there.
- Share God’s love through VBS activities and lessons, games, and sports.
- Help families with work such as feeding animals, drawing water from a borehole, and repairing or building a mud home.
- Experience the friendly hospitality of the Kenyan people and learn about their culture.
- Take a short local flight to the Maasai Mara, a national game reserve, for the experience of a lifetime! While there, see lions, cheetahs, giraffes, elephants, and more wildlife in their natural habitats.

All accommodations have been selected based on safety, affordability, and proximity to locations to be visited.
SAMPLE ITINERARY
DAY 1:
Arrive, attend orientation, and rest.
DAY 2:
Learn more about our child development program as you spend time with Child Champions from OneChild.
DAY 3:
Spend time at Hope Centers! Be encouraged as you learn about the impact of the Hope Center, walk through the community, and visit children’s homes to gain a deeper understanding of where children live.
DAYS 4-6:
Spend time with kids! Spend time encouraging and teaching children through VBS activities.
DAY 7:
Travel to the Maasai Mara to experience a once-in-a-lifetime safari!
DAY 8:
Travel back to the U.S.
